Behind the bar at Calgary’s Ox and Angela Amy Haynes works her magic, making this summertime sipper just for us!
- 750 mL bottle white wine
- 3 tbsp simple syrup*
- 3 tbsp orange-blossom water
- 1/3 cup apricot brandy
- 2 thinly sliced oranges
- 6 apricots, sliced into wedges (pit removed)
- 2 cups club soda
- Stir all ingredients except soda water in a pitcher. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Stir in soda water and ice just before serving.
Tip: Bring equal parts sugar and water to a boil. Remove from heat and cool before using
