  1. Hi. I am a guy and unable to do a lot of the recipes. Would you be able to deconstruct some of the menu plans so I can prepare my own food The smoothies are ok it’s some of the more complex recipes I can’t get. Eg. 1 egg plus 1/4 egg whites
    I need simple and basic. Yours respectfully
