  1. This article was supposed to be about eating for your age. The first three photos were targeted to women in their 20′s with suggestions about what to eat. When you get to 40′s, nothing about what to eat. Just advice about getting more D vitamin and lifting weights….??? Where is the advice about eating fr your age in your 40′s??

  2. I agree with the comment above. Why so much information about food to eat for women in their 20s? Are they really the readers of Chatelaine? Are women 40+ supposed to just take supplements and lift weights? Very disappointing article.

    • Maybe we just stop eating! Or maybe chatelaine thinks we are so smart we just know what to eat by the time we reach 60!

  4. I agree – why so much emphasis on what to eat in your 20′s? I am now in my 50′s and would appreciate a little more info – are we still supposed to eat the same things you recommend for 20′s and 30′s? Do I still need lots of magnesium? Should I be taking Vitamin D supplements? Really useless article here. By the way, I have been a Chatelaine subscriber for many years now, but if this slant towards a younger demographic continues I may just have to look for another magazine to read.
