Q: I love spring's colours. How do I wear lots of them without looking like a clown?

If you want to make a head-to-toe statement, wear muted soft tones and stick to one colour family. For example, warm tones such as red, yellow, coral and orange look great together or you could go for cool shades like blue, teal, green and lime. This will create flow and elongate your figure. Pairing contrasting colours will emphasize your shape and may make you appear shorter or wider. With a head-to-toe look avoid coloured accessories and stick to neutral tones such as nude, camel or toffee to achieve a more polished look. --Liz Cabral | |
