Spicy tuna salad
Stir 1/2 cup mayo with 1 tbsp lime juice, 1 tsp wasabi paste and 1/2 tsp each lime zest and soy sauce. Stir in tuna and diced celery.
Japanchos
Mash avocados with wasabi, soy sauce and salt. Serve with rice crackers as an hors d’oeuvre.
