Sauté 150 g ground turkey. Add 2 tbsp hoisin sauce, 1 tbsp each chili-garlic sauce and sesame oil and 1/2 400-g pkg medium tofu, diced. Serve with rice.
Combine 150 g ground turkey with 1 tbsp each chopped parsley, mint and green onion, 2 tsp tomato paste, 1 minced clove garlic and 1/8 tsp each salt, pepper and cumin. Spread thinly on two pitas. Broil 7 to 8 min.
