‘Fried’ Ice Cream

Crush 2 cups tortilla chips and toss with 2 tbsp sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon. Roll balls of vanilla ice cream in tortilla mixture, then drizzle with chocolate sauce.

Instant Crunchy Topping

Coarsely crush tortilla chips and toss on a pasta bake or salad for added texture.
