
Thyme sprigs:
Herbed tea
Add 1 or 2 sprigs to 1 cup granulated sugar and let sit for a week. Use to sweeten iced tea.
Home-dried herbs
Store in a cool, dry cupboard until dry, then transfer to a plastic bag and use throughout the year.
