Sauté button mushrooms in olive oil. Add a splash of sherry. Stir in chopped fresh dill. Serve with roast chicken.
Sauté 1 thinly sliced sweet onion in olive oil until soft, 5 min. Add 1/4 cup dry sherry and 1 tbsp honey. Cook until caramelized, 20 min. Serve with steak.
