Glazed baked wings
Marinate 1 kg chicken wings overnight in a mixture of 1/2 cup soy sauce, 1/4 cup pineapple juice, 2 tbsp brown sugar, 2 minced garlic cloves and 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger. Drain and bake in a 350F oven for 1 hour.
Purée with 1 frozen banana and 1/2 cup yogurt.
Combine 2 tbsp brown sugar with 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon on a plate. Press both sides of 1/2-in. pineapple slices into mixture. Grill until golden. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
Blend with mango, banana, yogurt, honey and ice for breakfast to go.
