10:45 a.m. Make Christmas pudding and brandy-butter sauce. 1:25 p.m. Prep beef. Let stand at room temperature. 1:45 p.m. Make Yorkshire pudding batter and refrigerate. 3:15 p.m. Remove Christmas pudding from oven and turn the oven to 350F. Once at temperature, roast the beef. 4:00 p.m. Make mushroom Soup. 4:45 p.m. Boil potatoes. 5:10 p.m. Beef should be ready. Remove it from the oven to rest, and increase heat to 450F. Roast potatoes. 5:40 p.m. Bake Yorkshire puddings. 5:50 p.m. Make gravy and reheat soup. 6:00 p.m. (or later, beef can rest for as much as 90 min) Carve the beef.
