Soak 1 cup each rice and blanched almonds with 4 cups water and a cinnamon stick overnight. Add mixture to blender with 1/2 cup sugar. Blend on high for 5 min. Pass through a sieve lined with cheesecloth. Drink warm or over ice.
Easy Pudding Simmer
1 cup rice with 2 cups milk until rice is tender and liquid is mostly absorbed. Stir in sweetened condensed milk, orange flower water and ground cinnamon to taste.
