Easy mac & cheese
Simmer 1 1/2 cups 18% cream in a saucepan. Whisk in 1/4 cup grated parmesan and 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard. Stir in cooked macaroni.
Brush 1 sheet puff pastry with egg wash. Sprinkle with coarsely grated parmesan. Cut pastry into 1-in.-wide strips. Twist strips and lay on baking sheet. Bake at 425F until golden, 15 min.
