Spicy asian salad
Whisk soy sauce with honey and sesame oil in a bowl. Toss with bean sprouts and toasted sesame seeds. Serve as a side dish with chicken or beef.
Faux Pad Thai
Melt 1 tbsp butter in a frying pan. Stir in 1 minced garlic clove, 2 tbsp lime juice, 1 tbsp each brown sugar and fish sauce and 2 tsp sriracha. Add 2 handfuls of bean sprouts and cook until tender. Sprinkle with chopped green onion, fresh cilantro and toasted peanuts.
