Saucy poached eggs
Sauté grape tomatoes with minced garlic until very soft. Season with sriracha sauce. Spoon over poached eggs and sprinkle with chopped cilantro.
Easy tomato tart
Toss 1 cup grape tomatoes with olive oil, salt and pepper in a 9-in. pie plate. Top with 10 x 10-in. piece of puff pastry, tucking in sides. Bake at 400F until golden brown, about 25 min. Flip onto a plate and sprinkle with basil and parmesan.
