Ingredients
- 225 g Western Family linguine
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 340 g Western Family frozen raw large prawns, thawed and peeled
- 4 tsp Western Family garlic paste
- 1 jalapeno, minced and seeded
- 2 cups packed arugula
- 2 tbsp lime zest
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta
Instructions
COOK linguine in a large pot of boiling water following package directions, omitting salt, until tender, 6 to 8 min.
HEAT olive oil in a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high. Add prawns, garlic paste and jalapeno. Cook until prawns turn pink, 3 to 4 min. Stir in pasta, arugula, lime zest and lime juice. Sprinkle with crumbled feta.
