French sandwich
Dice and stir into tuna sandwich.

Crunchy crudites
Cut into batons and serve with creamy dip.

Fennel seeds:

Aromatic salad
Toast in a small frying pan until fragrant. Add to a sliced cucumber salad. Serve with curry.

Pita chips
Sprinkle seeds over pita bread brushed with olive oil and seasoned with kosher salt. Cut into wedges and bake at 400F for 5 min.
