Stir 1 cup grated cheddar with 1/4 cup sour cream and 2 tbp chili-garlic sauce. Spread on toasted bread slices. Broil in oven until cheese has melted.
Zesty pineapple bites
Thread cubes of fresh pineapple and salami on toothpicks. Brush with chili-garlic sauce, then pan-fry over medium until heated. Serve as an appetizer.
