Gourmet apple melt
Spread Dijonnaise on pita. Top with grated cheddar and thinly sliced green apple. Grill until bottom is crisp and cheese has melted.
Remove stems from large button mushrooms. Mix grated cheddar with panko, parsley, minced shallot and a pinch of cayenne. Grill on medium-high until cheese melts, 10 min.
