Spicy Tacos
Sauté 454 g lean ground beef until brown, about 5 min. Add 2 coarsely chopped chipotles and 1 minced garlic clove. Add 1 tsp cumin and 1/2 tsp each salt and pepper. Cook for 3 min. Serve in tortillas topped with your favourite taco trimmings.
Mexican Sweet Potato Mash
Whirl 3 cups cooked sweet potatoes, 2 tbsp sour cream, 2 tsp chopped chipotles and 1/4 tsp each salt and pepper in a food processor until smooth. Serve as a side with chicken.
