Fruity whipped cream
Whip 1 cup of 35% cream with 1 tsp vanilla extract. Fold in 3 tbsp apricot jam. Serve on baked meringues, or layer with fresh fruit and crushed gingersnaps for a quick dessert parfait.
Spread 1 tbsp of apricot jam over a grapefruit half. Broil in an oven until lightly browned for a sweet morning pick-me-up.
