Simmer 2 cups with 1/2 cup maple syrup and 1/8 tsp cinnamon until syrupy, about 20 min. Serve over waffles or French toast.
Boil 2 peeled and chopped sweet potatoes with 1 cup apple juice and a pinch of nutmeg until tender. Mash with some butter. Serve with roast chicken.
