Ground almonds:

Dairy free smoothie
Blend 2 tbsp with 2 small bananas, a pinch of cinnamon and 4 chopped dates soaked in 1 cup warm water (include the water).

Protein-packed pancakes
Stir 1/4 cup into pancake batter.
