- 1 kg tomatoes , cut into wedges
- 2 tsp salt
- 500 g onions , finely chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp pomegranate molasses
- Place tomatoes in a bowl. Sprinkle with salt. Then stir in onions, oil and pomegranate molasses. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
