Ginger relish

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pickled ginger , drained
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro leaves
  • 1 1/2 tsp rice vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp granulated sugar

Instructions

  • Pat ginger dry with paper towel, then chop. Place in a medium bowl. Stir in cilantro, vinegar and sugar.
