Creamy japanese dressing

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 2 tbsp light mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
  • 2 tsp dark sesame oil
  • 2 tsp honey

Instructions

  • Blend 1/2 cup vegetable oil with 1/4 cup rice vinegar, 2 tbsp each ketchup and light mayo, 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger, 2 tsp each dark sesame oil and honey in a blender, about 2 min. Serve over salad greens.
