Couscous with currants

Ingredients

  • 1 cup couscous
  • 1/4 cup dried currants

Instructions

  • Boil 1 cup water in a small saucepan. Stir in couscous and currants. Remove from heat. Cover and let stand 5 min. Fluff couscous gently with a fork.
