Bok choy saladBy Chatelaine
- 12 mini bok choy , cut in half
- 4 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Steam bok choy until tender. Rinse with cold water and pat dry. Mix remaining ingredients and drizzle over bok choy.
