  • 12 mini bok choy , cut in half
  • 4 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil


  • Steam bok choy until tender. Rinse with cold water and pat dry. Mix remaining ingredients and drizzle over bok choy.

Serve with Gwyneth’s Chicken burgers, Thai style.
