Ingredients

  • 4 tsp olive oil
  • 4 tsp cider vinegar
  • 4 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 6 cups lightly packed mâche greens
  • 1 large red apple , cut into 1/2-in. sticks
  • shaved parmesan , optional

Instructions

  • Whisk oil with vinegar, lemon juice and honey in a large bowl. Add mâche and apple. Toss until coated. Divide among 4 plates. Top with parmesan.
