Gingery broccoli and cauliflower

  • 1 tsp vegetable oil
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 tbsp finely grated ginger
  • 2 cups cauliflower florets
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth


  • Chop you onion, then add vegetable oil to a hot large frying pan set over medium. Add onion and ginger. Cook until onion softens, 2 to 3 min. Add cauliflower, broccoli and chicken broth. Cover, stirring occasionally, until cauliflower is fork-tender, 5 to 6 min. Serves 4
