In a small bowl, stir cream cheese with ginger, chives and honey. If dip is not as thin as you like, stir in milk, a tbsp (15 mL) at a time. Use immediately or cover and refrigerate up to 2 days. Bring to room temperature before serving. Sprinkle with more chives, if you like. Just before serving, slice apples and pears into thin wedges for dipping.
