Easy grilled peppers

Ingredients

large sweet
bell peppers
, preferably different colours

1 tbsp
olive oil

1 tbsp
balsamic
vinegar

pinch
paprika
-
pinch
salt
-
pinch
fresh-ground black
pepper
Instructions
- Remove stems and cut peppers into quarters. Remove seeds and white ribs.
- Stir oil with vinegar and seasonings. Brush pepper wedges with oil.
- Place peppers on barbecue. Grill, brushing with oil mixture occasionally, until hot and singed around the edges, about 6 minutes per side.
