Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 4 large portobello mushroom , stems removed

Instructions

  • Preheat barbecue and lightly oil grill. Stir soy with Worcestershire and honey.
  • Brush both sides of mushroom caps with soy mixture.
  • Grill until richly brown with visible grill marks, from 2 to 3 minutes per side. Serve right away with other grilled vegetables or in buns.
