1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp honey
4 large portobello mushroom, stems removed
Preheat barbecue and lightly oil grill. Stir soy with Worcestershire and honey.
Brush both sides of mushroom caps with soy mixture.
Grill until richly brown with visible grill marks, from 2 to 3 minutes per side. Serve right away with other grilled vegetables or in buns.
