4 7-in. flour tortillas
1/2 cup plain or herbed creamy goat cheese, or cream cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil, chives or dill
1/4 tsp fresh-ground black pepper
Spread tortillas with cheese. Sprinkle with basil and pepper. Snugly roll up and wrap each roll in waxed paper. Refrigerate until cold, about 1 hour, or for up to 1 day. When ready to serve, unwrap and diagonally slice each roll into 4 pieces.
