Thai mango salad

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp hot chili-garlic sauce
  • 2 peeled mangoes , sliced into matchsticks
  • 1 red bell pepper , sliced into matchsticks
  • 8 tbsp chopped cilantro

Instructions

  • Whisk lime juice with fish sauce, honey and chili-garlic sauce in a large bowl. Stir in mango, red pepper and cilantro until well coated. Serve with Zesty Shrimp Skewers.
