Our favourite roasted sweet potato wedges

- Preheat oven to 400F (200C). Peel potatoes and cut into 1 inch (2.5 cm) wedges. In a large bowl, toss potatoes with oil. Sprinkle with remaining ingredients and stir until evenly coated. Lightly oil a roasting pan or baking dish large enough to hold potatoes without overcrowding. Roast potatoes in oven, stirring every 10 minutes, until tender and browned, about 35 minutes.
