Hot & sour green beans recipe

Instructions
- PREHEAT barbecue to medium.
- BOIL a large saucepan of water. Add beans and salt. Boil 2 min. Drain and rinse beans with cold running water. Pat dry.
- OIL grill. Barbecue beans on the grill at a right angle (so they won’t fall through the grill), turning often with tongs, until charred and tender crisp, about 5 min.
- WHISK vinegar with oyster sauce and chili flakes in a bowl. Add beans and toss until coated.
