Fiery snow peas

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp vegetable oil
  • 400 g snow peas , trimmed, about 7 cups
  • 2 tsp minced fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp minced red chilies
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Heat a medium frying pan over medium-high. Add oil, then snow peas. Cook, stirring often, until bright green and almost tender-crisp, about 2 min. Add ginger, peppers and salt. Cook about 2 more min.
