Fast, fresh and crisp, this is the homemade dill pickle recipe you have to try for your next BBQ. This simple recipe takes just six ingredients including salt and water.
Ingredients
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 3 mini cucumbers , sliced into quarters lengthwise
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
Instructions
- BOIL vinegar with water, sugar and salt in a small saucepan. Remove from heat. Pour over cucumber spears and dill in a large bowl. Refrigerate dill pickles until ready to serve.
