- 500 g brussel sprouts
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups panko bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup grated old cheddar
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- Trim and halve 500 g brussels sprouts. Place in an 8-in. square baking dish and drizzle with 1/4 cup milk.
- In a bowl, stir 1 1/2 cups panko bread crumbs with 1/2 cup grated old cheddar, 1 tsp dried oregano, 2 tsp brown sugar and 1/8 tsp salt. Stir in 1/3 cup melted butter. Sprinkle mixture evenly over veggies. Cover with foil. Bake at 400F for 8 min. Remove foil. Continue baking until panko is golden and veggies are fork-tender, 15 more min.
