- MELT butter in a large saucepan over medium-high. Add cabbage and cook, stirring occasionally, until it starts to soften, 3 to 4 min.
- STIR in apple cider (or juice), apple cider vinegar, honey and salt. Season with fresh pepper. Cover and continue cooking until tender, 9 to 10 min.
Serve as a side for our pork chops with brandy sauce.
