Ingredients

  • 4 Yukon Gold potatoes , diced
  • 3 tbsp curry paste
  • chopped cilantro

Instructions

  • Stir 4 diced Yukon Gold potatoes with 1 cup water and 3 tbsp curry paste. Cook, covered, on medium-high until tender, 15 to 20 min. Stir in chopped cilantro.
