  • 1 cup salsa
  • 4 eggs
  • sprinkle grated cheddar , or Monterey Jack cheese

Instructions

  • Heat salsa in a medium-size frying pan over medium. Crack in 4 eggs. Sprinkle with grated cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese. Cover. Cook over medium-low heat until eggs are done, 3 to 4 minutes.
