1 cup salsa
4 eggs
sprinkle grated cheddar, or Monterey Jack cheese
Heat salsa in a medium-size frying pan over medium. Crack in 4 eggs. Sprinkle with grated cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese. Cover. Cook over medium-low heat until eggs are done, 3 to 4 minutes.
