Rich Tomato Pasta with Melting Brie

  • 500-g pkg fettuccine pasta
  • 1 1/2 cups spicy tomato sauce
  • 1/2 wheel of brie
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil or dill


  • Bring brie to room temperature. Cook fettuccine following package directions. Meanwhile, heat sauce in a small pan.
  • When pasta is cooked, drain and place in a bowl with hot pasta sauce and dill. Toss to coat. Place on plates. Slice cheese and lay on top. Sprinkle with more dill.
