1 small onion, chopped
2 tsp butter
2 pears
1 sweet red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp cider vinegar
1/4 tsp hot-red-chili-flakes
1 green onion, thinly sliced
Sauté onion in butter over medium heat until lightly golden, about 8 minutes.
Peel, core and chop pears. Stir in along with pepper, brown sugar, vinegar and chili flakes. Stir often until thickened, about 10 minutes. Stir in green onion.
