Instructions
- Heat a large frying pan over medium-high. Add oil, then garlic. Cook for 1 min. Add kale and salt. Cook, stirring often, until kale is tender and wilted but still bright green, 3 to 4 min. Transfer to a platter.
Prep Tip
Slice off and discard the tough rib from each leaf of kale, then chop the leaves.
