6 medium Yukon Gold potatoes, quartered
3/4 cup 0.18 cream
1/4 cup butter
3/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp nutmeg
Boil potatoes in a large pot until very tender, about 30 min. Drain potatoes, then return to pot. Mash with cream, butter, salt and nutmeg until smooth. Serve with Cracklin' pork roast.
