Chili-lime crab

vegetable oil

1/2 bunch
cilantro
, about 1 cup chopped

, from 1 lime

Instructions
- Prepare and cook crabs using our Best Boiled Crab recipe, which can be found in the recipe file.
- Heat oil in a large non-stick frying pan or wok over medium. Add garlic, chili and ginger. Cook until fragrant, 3 min. Add cooked crabmeat and any juices (and crab butter if you like a richer sauce). Cook until heated through. Then stir in onions, cilantro, lime juice, salt and pepper. Taste and add more seasoning, if you wish. Remove to a platter.
