  • eggs
  • plum tomatoes , chopped
  • chives
  • tortillas
  • sliced avocado
  • grated cheddar
  • sour cream

Instructions

  • Scramble a few eggs. Just before they set, stir in chopped plum tomatoes and chives. Wrap in tortillas with sliced avocado, grated cheddar and dollops of sour cream.
