Ingredients

  • 1 English cucumber , coarsely chopped
  • 284-mL can condensed cream of potato soup
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1 1/2 cups plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh dill

Instructions

  • Whirl peeled coarsely chopped cucumber with soup, cold water, yogurt and chopped fresh dill in a blender. Refrigerate until cold or up to 2 days.
